Smithway Motor Xpress Corp.’s Privacy Policy

Smithway Motor Xpress Corp.’s policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. This policy statement tells you how we collect information from you and how we use it. Be assured that Smithway will not disclose your personal information to third parties without consent, except in the following special cases. Smithway may disclose user information when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Smithway’s rights or property, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Smithway may disclose user information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it. Smithway does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a child has provided Smithway with personally identifiable information, we ask that a parent or guardian send an e-mail to info@smxc.com with the child's name and we will do our best to delete the information from our files.
